Franklin County Court of Common Pleas Judge Jeff Brown recently dismissed two counts of murder charges against Evan’s and Co-Counsel Gregg Slemmer’s client at the request of the State of Ohio. The Court also dismissed two counts of Felonious Assault. The Client pled guilty to a gun charge, and was placed on probation. Their client faced a sentence of life in prison with a minimum of 21 years before the possibility of parole.
